Out of Shape Guy

I really think that I am going to have to get some help for my son. He is just gaining weight like crazy. I am just afraid that he is going to gain so much that he is not going to feel good at all. I am not sure how to lose weight. I just have never had a problem with that. I am going to do a Fat Loss 4 Idiots review, and see if that will help me.
